Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

On 1972 my deceased father purchased a plot from a society and available document with mine is only blue print given by the town planning and not any sale deed. Now only I came to know that the neighbor occupied 1000 sft of my land and fenced it along with his land. Further he has sold out the entire of his land including myself before three years. I have applied for corporation surveyor`s measurement and he has measured the same and mark my land boundary. But the neighbor and purchaser of the neighbor`s land have not accepted it refused to remove the fencing. In this situation what will I do for immediate remedy? Kindly advice me.
