Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

में एक सेल deed को कोर्ट में challenge करना चाहता हु जिसमे प्रोपर्टी circle रेट की minimum price १५ लाख रुपये में ख़रीदा दिखाया गया है जबकि उसका मार्केट रेट 2.50 करोड़ रुपये है. कोर्ट किस रेट को मानेगी circle रेट या मार्केट रेट.
