in 1950 my father donate a 225 sq yard land to poor family .they have manoplated a duplicate papers for sameproperty the want to sale same ..prently in Revenue department showing we are acctull owner we have orignal papers of same land how to stop sale for same

You can take stay orders from the Court in order to stop the sale. However, all the documents need to be examined. Suit for declaration is to be filed.

Your question is not clear. If your father 'donated' then you cannot do anything with the donated land. Balance land still (if any) remains with you, only for that you can file suit, if third party is creating problem.
