Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
1) while flat registrations 4 name are there. Father , Mother & Two brother. If father & mother expired, Elder brother can filled Form As Nominee.
2) Elder & Younger brother & Sister not married. can we add in the nomination form at society,
3) If younger not ready give signed for nominations than what to do?
4) Younger brother son have any rights for any thing?
5) Younger brother said his son has to rights for property.

Nominee is merely a trustee of legal heirs.
Please check law of succession governing the deceased and act accordingly.
