What 2 do.

I m regd. holder in THE TITLE DEED OF THE PROPERTY IN MY NAME. I have NOTHING to prove that the property was puuchased by me from my funds. Can I win the suit ?

Your question is not clear. You can prove your ownership by obtaining the copies of the agreements which were taken place at the time of transfer.

If the property stands in your name, then you are deemed to be the owner of the property. In india Benami transaction is prohibited.

So, even if the property is not purchased of your find, then also you will reamin the owner. Howerver, there is exception for joint family property.
