Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

In 1981,my parents bought a flat in mumbai with family funds in the name of my elder brother 'A'.( contributions were father-63%, 'A' -25%, me- 6% , 'C' -6% )My younger brother 'C' and i were then unmarried and stayed in this flat with my parents while 'A' stayed with his family in another flat bought with family funds. After our parents passed away 'C' and I continue to live here with our families and are paying society and electricity charges.I also bought another flat in my wife's name which i have rented out.Now the building goes for redevelopment and my elder brother is claiming that since the flat is in his name, we shud leave peacefully to give vacant position and all compensation will be only in his name.Do i have legal rights to claim alternative accomodation and other benefits of redevelopment since i have been living here for last 25 years?

Mere living or paying outgoings in themselves may not be sufficient.

Kindly consult your lawyer with all details and papers to find out nature of your rights in the facts and circumstances and proceed accordingly.
