Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Since 1946 onwards We are staying in one property,located in Kerala,India. and paying all the tax to government authorities. All the bills come in the name of my mother. She has seven son.She expired.She has written in legal document that she agrees to give the property to me and i will pay certain amount to my brothers. All my brothers agreed on the decision.I paid to all my brother the said amount. But there is no legal document that the property is in the name of my grand mother. How i can take the ownership of the property in my name?
