Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
1.Ours is a commercial society by the name of TILAKNAGAR INDRAPRASTH VYAPARI SANKUL CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED, a Co-operative Society registered under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.
2.The society consists of 20 chawl type structures.
3.Two of the members have applied for issuing a duplicate share certificate to them.
4.Out of these two members, one of the member claims that he has lost the share certificate and the other claims that his certificate has been damaged.
5.Kindly let us know the procedure for the issue of a duplicate share certificate.
