Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
1. Can a person who has stilt parking avail of another parking place for second vehicle in common parking area which is allotted by the society? (If there is a space crunch)
2. Can stilt parking be covered with collapsible grill (floor to celing) & iron doors (2 feet from bottom?)
3. Can stilt parking owner create a shade outside the defined area of car park?

depends upon the society s rules and bye laws.

One needs to refer to the bye laws of the society. If there are none, then with the permission of the society by giving a public notice to members of the same.
