in 1995-2000 a person has given me a unit of flat in consideration of money but have not made any documents in other words not registered now it will go under reconstruction and the builder is saying that only register owner will get flat now can any body tell the remedies so that i can get back my that unit plzzzz

Dear Sir / Madam,
You ought to make an Agreement for Sale for the flat as though you are the purchaser and the other party the seller and get this Agreement registered so that the flat is transferred in your name. If you do not get this done, the flat officially still belongs to the person who borrowed money from you.

how can you purchase a property without any documents... ask the seller to execute the registered deed unless you do so you will not be the true owner of the said flat...
