Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I had 12 plots in Baroda, Gujarat. My friend made fraud POA of mine in 1993 and sold 6 plots. Purchaser had registered the sale deed 1993. I knew thins things in 1996 and suit against them. But till date lawyer hasn't challenge the sale deed. Is it possible to challange the sale deed after 16 yeara? Bharat Patel
