1)can one purchase a room in a mhada building from the main tenant.main tenant is not

suppose to sell for ten years ,as it is mentioned in his taba pauti.2)can the power of attorney,

affidavit and noc given by this main tenant be valid.3)can I do stamp duty and registeration

after doing an agreement with him.4)will the name be transfered to my name,after how long.

5)under whose name will the electricity bill and other papers be.6) Is it advisible,if two rooms are purchased,both rooms on same name.or different example one room on wifes name and the other on husbands name.7)what is the advantage of putting higher value for the room,is it a benifit to pay higher stamp duty and registeration charges.

8)If the seller is a hindu and the buyer is a christian,mhada does the transfering of names.
