1. my first query-
what is the procedure for a stay order to be filed in court on self owned property of husband after staying together for 40 years with wife and children. what is the court fee and where can we go for submitting application in court.
2. my second query-
getting details of salary of employee �
what is the process or where an application to be filed in court, to get details of salary of employee ( and specially if an employer is an close relative of employee). He is working in whole sale shop of automobile shop.

1. You may make an application under the Protection of Women from Domestic violence Act.
2. An application may be filed in court for directing your husband to produce evidence regarding his income. Your entitlement for maintenance will depend upon his 'standard of living' at the time of separation.
