Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
3 real blood brothers being partners in business bought 6 properties in their joint names. Now they want to share two properties each amongst them. Is there in way by which they can effect the transfers without paying stamp duty again.

the stamp duty needs to be paid all over again as there will be fresh transfers in their name individually.
