Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We are 5 sibling 2 sisters and 3 brothers .Now our issue is one of my sister has taken 1 portion of our land and whole portion of the field without our consent .as our mother is staying with her she did it with mothers approval .Now the property which we are talking about is our grandfathers (mothers father ) .So is it possible that our mother can just give away the property to her daughter without giving anything to 3 brothers and 1 sister .Can a case be filed against this .as we all want a portion of the field and also sue her for partitioning the land without our consent .Thanx in advance

No case can be filed during the life time of your mother as it is your mother who is the only legal heir of the property and after her death other legal heirs of her get any right over the property.
