Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We are 4 siblings, 2 brothers & 2 sisters, iam the 2nd one. My father & mother expired when we were in tender age. We were staying in my grandfather's home (my dad's father). My grandmother made us to study. However, my elder brother was not like us and he never used to go to work. We 3 of us arranged somehow our marriages and left that home. Now, in that home, my elder brother, his wife & my grandmother stays. Before our marriage, my grandmother transferred the property on my elder & younger brothers name as gift deed. After 5 years, she revoked the gift deed and made it on my elder brother name. My grandmother & elder brother are not ready to give any share or in type of money to three of us. Now that building is in the name of my elder brother only. We want to confirm if we can proceed legally in this case, to get our shares or in any type of monetary thing.

you have not stated in whose name was the title/ownership. If it was in the name of your grand father, did he acquire the property himself or he also got it from some one.

Then one has to see if your grandfather died without WILL or with WILL. How did he transfer the property in favour of your grandmother.?
