Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
We are 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Our parents passed away long time ago and our brothers are not giving shares. We are a Hindu family. How can we go about in getting our share in the property? The property consist of house, sites, shopping complex and agricultural land. One of our brother is living in our father's house.

You are entitled to your share accordinh to law. Hence, you may file partition suit against the brothers.
