Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
we are 2 sisters, and may mother passed away in 1974, my father married again and from the second marriage of my father we have one brother AND 5 SISTERS . My father passed away in 2009 and his all property is in the name of my stepmother, but not registered in executed a deed of gift in favour of her .my question is -am I a legal heire in these properties ?

If the gift Deed is executed by your father in favour of your step mother but not registered then legally there is no gift deed then in that case you have equal share in your fathers property with all your other siblings and step mother.
