1. If society member not follow the rule and regulation of society and always create problem within society.

what action can take society against him.

can society charge penalty on him

Dear Sir / Madam,

A society member who constantly violates the rules and regulations of the Society and becomes a nuisance to all the other members can be expelled from the membership of the Society.

The Society is required to give a final warning to the member to obey rules of the Society failing which the Society should file a petition against the erring member with the Registrar of Co-operative Societies seeking his / her expulsion from the membership of the Society.

There is no provision to charge penalty.

You can expel the said offending member from the society and stop the facilities extended to him by the society.
