Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I own a 500 Square Yard land at tellapur hyderabad bought many years back. Huda has currently acquired the land and there is a court case going on now. will i get my land or the compensation for the same ? let me know my legal rights in this case.

Generally, acquisitions are set aside only on some irregularity or illegality in the process. For that purpose have acquisition proceedings examined through your lawyer.

In any case, you would be entitled to compensation.
