Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

in 2007, my step brothers have captured my house unlawfully. and put a duplicate meter in their name and ration card.

and obtained a stay order . but we hired a lawyer to fight the case but it is just going on in court ,

just hearing is going on and ours money is just getting wasted, but there is no positive outcome for us.

please guide me what is going on.

it is clear that your case is not being faught in a right spirit. how can a person by merely applying meter and ration card in his name, become an owner. its a clear case of fraud and criminal trespass. you may seek better legal help.
