1. Are two witnesses necessary to sign the nomination form irrespective whether the nominee is a minor or not??

2. My husband's name stand first and mine second in the housing society share certificate, if my husband died before me, will i be the sole owner of the flat if he nominates me in the nomination form??

nomination does not entitle a person nominated the right inherit as the inheritance is being guided by the specific laws. nominee is a trustee for and on behalf of all the legal heirs. in case there is no legal heir other than you, then the property would be transferred in your name irrespective of the fact you are nominated by your husband or not.
