Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am 40+ women. Can i claim share in my grandfather's property (he died 2 yrs. back) on medical grounds (i need money for my father's treatment) even if my father has been denied share. My grandfather's property is self acquired. And my father has been staying separately from his father all this while.

in case your father has died intestate i.e. without leaving a will, your father has a claim on the property and you may claim through your father. however, u need to see a lawyer with all the details and documents.

If your grandfather had died intestate i.e. without a Will, then your father has a share.
