Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am 23 year old and i need to file a petition for my grandfathers property.my grand father is no more now. My big father is not ready to give me proper share, even my father is instrumental in there hands.so can i alone file a petition, even if my father opposes?(i mean do i require my father's consent for that). After i send a notice to them, and when case is going on,can they continue to earn the profits out of that asset, till the final judgement comes.Or should i again bring stay order for that,if i can bring stay order, and if they are completely dependent on that property to live their livelihood, does court give stay order.?

please please clarify my doubts
