Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am 46 year old married female. My Grandfather (My Father's father) have a house
in Hyderabad purchased in year 1960. He is having 3 sons and 1 daughter. My father elder. In the year 1974 my grandfather due to some health problem he become blind.
In the year 1980 my uncle (youngest son) has Registered the House on his name without my father and another uncles signature. nor grandsons/granddaughters signatures. My Grandfather died in year 1990. Now can claim my part from the
property. Is gienuen. Can I get any thing from the property. The property is My Grandfathers self accured. Can I go to court near to my house or I have to approach the court near the property. Pl. advise me sir to Claim or drop the case.

If your uncle's deed is not genuine, then you can file for your share of property.
