Dear Sir / Madam,
There is no force or compulsion on you to sell the land. You can choose to hold the land for further appreciation, cultivate it or construct a house on it, or sell it to anybody who gives you the price you expect on sale.
Tell the previous seller (owner of the land) upfront that you will lodge a Police complaint if he continues to threaten you to sell the land back to him.

Nobody can force you to do something against your wishes.
He cannot force you to so. More over; he cannot even plead that you have not paid the full consideration and file suit, a sit would be barred by law of limitation. Similar case is reported, and is of Ramtidevi; which was decided by Apex Court.
Nobody can force to sell your land . Engage a lawyer to guide you......Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
