i am 24 years now. when i am kid my father expired on 1990...he has his ansistors property...at that time some people came and they said we will give u a financial support to ur childern..they convey to my mom.my mom was un educated she done some thumb impression in that papers..i.e notary or some bond papers..now i want my fathers property back...NOTE:- my mom had right to sign the papers at that time? when i am 2 years and my brother 6month.if she signed is that leagally sounded subject to land grabbers?....thyy are showing my mom thumb impressions in papers......my mom is UNEDUCATED she dont know.what is what....?what can i do now..........please give me a solution to over come this problem.........plz sir

even though your mom signed certain papers still she has no right to sell your property. you may seek the help of a lawyer in your locality and file a case for declaration and possession.
