Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i have 43 years old property which is on my mothers name. my mother is xpired on 2008. from 2008 i m doing maintainance of property paying tax & lease for cantonment. i have developed the said property. my sister has claimed for the property. i m ready to distrubute the property but she is not ready to pay the stamp she is fighting for monthly rant to get her but i got tatal 6000 rent & i m giving her 3000 monthly. she is not ready to pay stamp. she is staying in the same property.
