Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i am 74yrs old. My wife expired 15yrs ago. My daughter and my son-in-law were living with me ,in the appartment which was purchsed by me and my wife. When my wife expired the house was in my wifes name.Now after 15years my daughter is asking me to leave the appartment and go.I found out that my daughter has transferred the appartment in her name, by fraudenltly obtaining my signatures for transferring the appartment in her name.I approached the society, they are telling me that they cannot do anything. please advice
