Acceptance of donation

If the nominee in a property donation deed is unaware of the donation and has not signed nor signaled his / her acceptance of the same, is the deed valid if registered by the donor?

Did you mean Gift?

In cases of Gift, acceptance of Gift by Donee is mandatory.
