what is the course of action?

I purchased house in the name of my brother in the year of 1985 & took possession. The whole of the money was spent by me from my resources & my brother was only a name lender. Now, i want that my brother's name be replaced by my name in the property papers.What should i do.? Also, tell whether the procedure of doing so will attract the provisions of prohibition of benami transation act.1988?

The best way is to lodge a gift deed or sale deed

Transaction is prohibited under prohibition of benami transation Act.1988
