Additional name in certificate

Can I get my name added to the share certificate(Form14) and become an associate member of the society if I am already own ANOTHER Flat in ANOTHER society within the same city(Pune) as my mothers society?

Can the Society object on the grounds that I already own another flat inside the same City.Can you send me a copy of Form 14

The answer to your question lies in the rules and by-laws of both the societies mentioned by you. In the facts and circumstances of your case, normally it is not permissible and the society can definitly object.

Society can object your move because as a matter of policy you have right to become member of two society at a time in the same city/state. You move if the rule of the society permit otherwise you will face cancilation of membership of the society
