adopted daughter's rights
i am adopted by a lady who expired last year acording to her will i am the owner of her land and home, But there is a other house that was purchased by her husband. there was no will of her husband . and that house was not transffered to her after his death. after his death she gave(gifted) this house to her brother without any written agreement . they are living there for 7 years . Five year ago she adopted me last year she expired . can i become legel owner of that house.

You may inherit the property left by your adopted mother and not the property which was already disposed of by her.
