Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Advantages of Paid Service? I want to buy joint property with my father.
I want to buy joint property with my father. But registration deed should be of either or survivor type. As it is possible in case of bank fdrs. Is it possible to register property in such way that in case death of any joint owner second owner should be the sole owner of property? It should not be possible for any other successor to claim part of property . As it was in joint name before the death of co owner.

Immovable property is generally not purchased/held in such a manner. Be guided by your lawyer for proper advice.
You need to contact a local lawyer to draft the agreement properly, to address your concern.
