please advice me, mr x fraudly registerd a property of mr y and kept my name as 'Gawaah' during property registration without my knowledge and mr y knowledge. Now mr y has given a application or or apply a case in police station against me and the other who was involved in this matter. so here police can take action against me and also to others. So please suggest what should i do here because i was not involved on registration time and there was no mine signature or thumb sign on the paper.

in case your signatures are not there on the sale deed, you may deny being a witness to it and file a complaint of forgery against Mr. X.
If police are convinced, then they may not make you an accused.
If you are made an accused by police, try for anticipatory bail.
