Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I would like to have your advise on the following.
I lost the title deeds of my Flat and obtained a certified copy after observing the required formality of police complaint, paper notification etc.
Can you please tell me if this certified copy is sufficient to sell the property? Would it be admissible for registration? If not, what else requires to be done.
I am grateful for your quick response since the matter is urgent.

yes, certified copy is more than sufficient for you to sell the property for which you lost the title deed.
