advise needed

i have purchased a flat for which i have paid a maintaince for 24 months to the builder for which the area is 710 sq ft and also have a terrace connected which is 105 sq ft which the builder has not charged me the maintaince but the society is charging me what should i do ,in such case my maintaince paid to the builder will not last for 24 months

You may need to make payment to the society in terms of your contract.
