On the basis of share certificate you may get certificate from registrar of socities that you are owner of your unit.you may also get other documents like tax to corporation etc. to prove your ownership. If the agreement was registered then you may get certified copy from the authority.

Since you lost only the copy of your agreement, you can find out original of your agreement.
You can get certified copy of agreement from Registration Office, if it was registered.
Society may be having a copy of your agreement, which you can take.
You might have submitted copy of your agreement in some institution or bank, which you can obtain.

Presuming that your sale deed/agreement was registered they you may approach to the Sub-Registrar Office and get a certified copy as you may need it to prove your ownership.
Only share certificate is not enough you may get the tax and corporation documents alongwith.
