agreement and sale deed

dear sir or madam,

i want to purchase a office block adjacent to me which is owned by a trust registered under bombay public trsut act 1950 and Maharashtra Co-op Society Act, that tust has not executed the sale deed in his favour they have the allotment letter and possession from the builder by paying the full amount.

so my query is that what document should i do with the trsut for agreement and sale deed and whether i will require NOC from society.

Please guide me in this matter.

You need to first obtain permission of the Charity Commissioner.

This the first and foremost requirement in case of Public Trusts. The usual title requisitions and compliances will follow.

Sale deed is best form.You may also go for MOU.
