Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I had gone agreement with seller . Agreement has been signed by both the parties . But the seller don't have the original agreement paper. Bank want the original Agreement original paper. I have paid the stamp duty and registration . will i get the refund of stampduty and registration after having signed the agreement . please help me
