Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We have Agri. land in Jalgaon Disstt.Maharashtra.My elder sister wants to relinquish her right from that property.She is in Pune & unable to travel at Jalgaon for registering her Application of relinquishment of rights.Whether she can register her application(Hakka Sod Patra) at pune? If not, then what is the alternative?Please reply.

Consider getting the Release Deed executed by your sister at Pune with a Special Power of Attorney for registration in the name of some relative or friend.
