Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi All,
My grandfather filed an eviction suit against a person who was a trespasser in our land. He got the sale deed from one of our relatives. Now that relative says he has share in the property but has no proof as the relative's son has filed the case and my grandfather has already effected compromise for his fathers property. Will the relatives son win his case by forgery? We are afraid? (Relative is dead and has not conveyed such a message till death, but this guy has got money from the forgery he did and claims share)

Winning or lossing a court case depends upon pleadings of the parties and the evidence produced in support of your case. You should pursue your case diligently and try to bring the true situation on record.
