Amnesty Scheme 2008

I have my flat purchased in year 1976 and the agreement is on a 5/- re stamp paper but the same is still not registered... so do i have to pay the stamp duty to get it registered... or the registration is to be done by some other means... kindly help

Registration and stamp duty are two different aspects of a documents. Even if you had paid entire stamp duty in 1976 or pay now, you can not register that document now after lapse of more than 30 years.
