Amnesty Stamp Duty
I purchased--name removed--flat from person--name removed-- in 2001 and paid the stamp duty and registered .
--name removed-- had purchased the flat from B in 1991 and also paid stamp duty but not registered .
B had purchased the flat in 1989 from builder but did not pay stamp duty nor registered .
I want to pay B dues but can i register the earlier two deals ie B from Bulider and Bto --name removed-- since i am not--name removed--party in those agreements

No. Since registration is possible within 4 months of execution without penalty and thereafter for another 4 months with penalty. Registration after 8 months of execution is not possible.

You may not be able to get even B's document registered because of delay;
however, since your sale is duly stamped and registered in your name; you may not be required to do anything.
