Whether original MHADA Allottee is required to pay Stamp Duty? If MHADA property has been sold by original allottee (who has not paid stamp duty) to second or subsequent buyers (who pay stamp duty), is it still necessary to pay for original allotee? Does it make any idifference, if MHADA has later on Conveyed the PRopoerty to Society or if the same is pending Conveyance?

Please check about exemption, if any. Else, stamp duty is payable.
