ancestral agricultural property in Karnataka
Hi,

We have some ancestral agricultural property in Karnataka which falls under the Mangalore taluk. We have inherited the same from our father who in turn had inherited from his father. Our father died 3 years back and we have worked with a lawyer to transfer the property in the name of our family (wife and children). The transfer has been carried out through the process of mutation and we have been provided with a revised RTC certificate wherein our names are also mentioned on the same. We currently have the following documents and were wondering if this would be sufficient

RTC Certificate (reflects details of mutation done in our name)
Attested copy of the settlement deed (provides details of transfer from our grandfather to our father and other brothers and sisters)
Nil Encumberance certificate for the last 30 years
Legal Heir Certificate

Appreciate any possible advise.
