Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We have ancestral house in Maharashtra built in 1905 as per paper. the property was auctioned in 1944 but house was in our parents possession. My father and uncle stayed in Mumbai and we three (myself, elder sister and younger sister) with mother stayed in the house from 1954. We do not have details of auction and house is not shown in 7/12. We do not know land on which house is built belongs to us. We know only that House tax was paid in uncle's name till 1970 who settled in Mumbai. After death of our mother we left house and stayed with elder sister at Goa where I later got job and settled and house was unoccupied but key was with me. My father and uncle also expired and uncle's children who never visited this house settled abroad. In 1987 my younger sister(married) requested for key of house to stay since her husband was working in same place. She stayed there since 1987 till 2011. I also visited the house in between but to our surprise and without our knowledge she register her name in Panchayat as caretaker(Bhogawatdar) and paid tax . The electricity connection is in name of uncle. When I asked for the key during our meeting a few years ago she refused and used to stay with her son at his working place and did not revealed her whereabouts and telephone contacts. I got her son on facebook and passed on the message of handing over the keys of the house and surprisingly caught her in house. . When we came to know we insisted to include our name. She hesitated but prepared and came with us in Panchayat and got my name first and other two sisters names in the tax assessment then I paid tax in my name and repaired the house last April 2012. I again left to Goa and came after a week and I found sister locked the gate and refused entry. I came to know from her lawyer he advised her to protect her interest not allowing me to enter. She also got house in her husband name in Ratnagiri.

Now what is the solution to get in to the house as in spite of lodging complaint in Police station they did not take action.
