This property becomes your fathers self acquired property now and he can gift or sell or will it to any one and that includes you as well. Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and services we render for our clients from all over the World.
how was the property transferred to your father. how do u say that it is an ancestral property. if it is an ancestral property then the entire property cannot devolve upon you by virtue of a will. read more on property laws on my website www.karvai.in.
