If a ancestral property partitioned in such way between brothers and a son ,one share demarcated and other two share held together and mentioned both share shall be jointly enjoyed. NOW this jointly held property becomes a co-owned property or a undivided ancestral property. (no demarcation between jointly held property)

the property partitioned qua one co parcener is his self acquired property and other coparceners may carry on the joint family status.
