ancestral property rights : We have our ancestral property.. Need to know how the property can be shared.. Our grand mother have two children. The first daughter have 4 children and the second one having two children. But First daughter have 4 children and have kids for all 4. All are minor. My question is below :

1. Will the property equally shared between grand mothers two children?

2. Or Shared equally for all 8 people.

3. minor kids also gets share in property ?

There is no share of Grand-Children in case of a property owned by a female hindu Grand-Mother in view of section 14 of Hindu Succession Act.

2) No

3) Minors get share only from their respective, immediate ancestor only.
